You're going to be seeing a lot more of this lady in the near future. Secret-special-super-awesome project!! Man, my characters are so androgynous looking... well, I'm sure I'll have her in some sort od cheesecake bikini pinup at some point. She's sort of super-deformed in this pic.

Critiques for character design only, I realize it's a rough work.

I think maybe you could make the hat a different color than her dress?
For some reason I feel it doesn't go so good with it. Lol Could just be me though. XD
Either way I think it looks cute, but I'd like to see her in a normal form when you draw her like that. owo

I didn't want to make it look too matchy, I don't want it to look too much like a uniform... I may have to change it up a bit as Aiarishi said!

Yeah, or maybe it's that the colors are placed differently in the hat than they are in the dress. But still, making it a different color might work better. ^^

I'm not saying you have to make it matchy, just that I'm not a huge fan of the colour combinations. Dark brown/reddy hair might look better, and... white pants? I don't know. Try the selective colour tool in Photoshop to play around. Or the one above it, I'm not sure which one it is exactly...

even if it's roughly done, i like the style very much

i also like the colour combination, and i dont think it's deformed or anything.
Besides, i like the way the background is painted.
In fact, i like it very very much
