F***ING THIEF!! Update.

Okay so normally if I find my art posted on the web somewhere without permission, I just don't find it worth the trouble to contact the ISP, etc. to get it down when that person is gonna get caught eventually (they always do). But when someone tries to make money off my work THAT'S WHEN I GET MAD!!

REALLY #%&@ING MAD!!!!!!!!!!!

If I'm not making money off my artwork, then sure as hell no one else is going to!

I don't usually swear, but FUCK!!! FUUUUCK!! How dare she take money for something I poured hours into! It's not okay to just grab a piece of art off the net and sell it off like it's some free clip art.

Anyways, hold off on the vigilante justice for now, she actually lives in the same city as me so maybe I can actually see if she'll pay me for any money she may have made off this.

Don't you dare say 'I told you so", Rich!

EDIT: So, apparently the infringer was being defrauded herself... she paid money to someone else thinking that she was buying the rights to the artwork, but that person was not asking permission! [link] Time for me to go after the real wrongdoer!

I think she needs to learn what to do and not to do with other peoples art, but she doesn't look like someone that thinks what she's doing is wrong.
So maybe try to talk to her. It looks like all her products are unique, so it's quite possible the necklace she has for sale id the only thing with your work on. And since its not sold yet, I don't think she's made money from your work.

She does however seems to have made money from other peoples works.

now blood must be drawn ..

the site has a report function but the items can still be sold just about anywhere .. best possible case is you'll get royalties, but I doubt a pirating seller is gonna honour that ~

Problem is, despite the fact that you can contact her about your own compinsation, there are still tons of items she's selling using other peoples work ):

So something should be done either way.

It seems she has purchased your image from another person on that site. The sellers name is "tammiescreations" who sold a 20 piece collection of fairy images, one of which was your own. Sold on September 19, 2008.

I love the part in the item description that says "I do ask you not to sell, distribute, share, or claim the work as your own." What a gem.

well, being that DA has that copywrite stuff, she could be taken before a court and forced to pay up for all that she's sold. but personally thats something i would do
