Bah humbug

I love Christmas, but New Year's Eve always seemed like such a pointless holiday to me. Maybe it's because every New Year's Eve I've had has pretty much been boring and lame. That being said, my New Year's resolution is to go to a big, lavish New Year's Eve party to ring in 2010.

I need a life. ;_;

Oh... and Happy New Year...! ^^;

Every year has been quiet for me... I think that's what I'm sick of... I want to go to a big, loud, crowded party! Ah well, next year.

Well, I can't claim much where I am. New Years is usually celebrated with some family members and I just watch them get drunk. Thank goodness I can't drink, and no, it's not because of age.

But yeah, it's boring, but nice.

The trick is to NOT watch the silly ball dropping in New York and instead get a massive group of friends/family/random strangers together to play video games all night. Nothing beats saying "Yes! I finally beat you! Oh hey, it's been 2009 for 15 minutes."
